Conflict Coaching (CINERGY Model)

The workshop Lab has fully trained practitioners available to support employees with conflict coaching which is based on the globally recognised CINERGY Model. Based on extensive research, this coaching involved an employee working with a coach to achieve the following:

  • Clarify and achieve their conflict management goals.
  • Develop insight into the dynamics of their conflict.
  • Understand the perspective of all parties.
  • Explore options and make informed choices.
  • Reduce the human and organisational cost of conflict.

This coaching approach is often recommended to prepare an employee for mediation or as an alternative when mediation may seem be too overwhelming. This approach helps employees address conflict in a psychologically safe manner.
