  • Develop an understanding of cultural awareness and its benefits in fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace. 
  • Understand the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and why this is important. 
  • Learn practical strategies for effective engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, including cultural protocols. 
  • Gain a list of additional resources and support options (EAP).
